2. The attendees will select one program and then they will be learned how to develop
most of the program processes on the program that they have selected
3. Understand the program life cycle and benefits management
4. Learn how to develop business case
5. Be knowledgeable of creating program charter
6. Identify areas of knowledge for program management
7. Learn how to initiate a program and its components
8. Be knowledgeable of the purpose of the program plan and its content
9. Be able to create the Program Work Breakdown Structure (PWBS)
10. Learn how to develop program procurement plan and program change request
11. Know how to analysis stakeholder
12. Be able to identify and analyze risks and develop a plan of response
13. Learn how to manage program issues
14. Be knowledgeable of how to establish cost benefit analysis
15. Be able to determine the program budget
16. Be aware of the procedures of performing Program Management Plan
